  INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTATIONS
          INFRASTRUCTURE FOR SPEAKERS

        (1) Microcomputer with PowerPoint and USB port connected to datashow;
        (2) Laptop plug connected to datashow;
        (3) Original projector (projects everything, including print outs). It has better quality than transparency projector.
       
        If you want to have your presentation tested and copied to the conference computer, please, send it by July 14th to the conference e-mail.


        POSTERS
               
        (1) Maximum size: 90 cm width and 120 cm height;
        (2) The posters must be placed by noon of July 28th and will be on during all conference time. Authors should be around their posters in two  sessions (Thursday and Friday - 17:30 to 19:00hs).
